2017 Willoughby Rd Nebbiolo
From the older ‘C Block’ Nebbiolo at Willoughby Bridge. Planted in 1998 on slightly richer soils further down the hill in Colbinabbin.
An early harvest of juice fermented over late harvested skins. 24 Maceration, 12 months in stainless followed by 12 months in puncheon.
Seductive perfume. Bright fruit and long, fine tannin.
